Looking for a breathtaking spring adventure? The Beechworth Gorge Walk offers stunning views, native forests, and cascading waterfalls. While the Spring Creek Bridge in the middle of the walk is currently closed - preventing a full loop - two fantastic options there-and-back options await:

1. Eastern Route: Explore Beechworth township, the historic Powder Magazine, and One Tree Hill. Marvel at unique granite formations and vibrant wildflowers. From the Powder Magazine to the Cascades, this walk is around 1.2km return.
2. Western Route: Follow Gorge Road to witness the Rocky Mountain Tunnel and the Cascades. Perfect for those seeking dramatic landscapes and gold rush history. From Newtown Bridge to the Cascades is around 5km return.

Both trails showcase magnificent rock formations, picnic spots and springtime flowers. Remember to stay safe, wear appropriate footwear, and bring water.

Don’t miss an opportunity to experience the gorge's spring beauty, even with the bridge closure. Which path will you choose?
