Situated on a hill at 700 metres, the cabin is located on a five-acre property, surrounded by farms and bush land and is a haven for native birds and wildlife.
The self-contained cabin is comfortably set up. There's an open plan living area with a slow combustion wood heater, a split system for heating and cooling and a simple kitchen. With two bedrooms the cabin is suitable for two couples or a family. The main bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed and there's a bathroom and washing machine. Note there is no television.
The cabin is located close by to the main house on the property, however, surrounded by trees and native bushes so there is plenty of privacy. Guests are also welcome to wonder the property to explore the local flora and fauna.
Sit back and enjoy the peace and quiet, listen to the wildlife, catch up on some reading, get out and explore the extensive trails in the area on bike or foot or visit a nearby farm gate for local produce. Stanley Pub and Store is less than 1km from the property. The cabin is located less than 10-minute drive from Beechworth.
